The short answer

Choose Freehand for more visual and motion judgments, Estimatle for numerical sliders, Estimania for knowledge-based magnitude estimates, or Packle for how many circles fit. For the same five Perceptle skills, use its own Keep playing or Archive.

Freehand: the closest visual and motion match

Freehand offers angles, equal-weight cuts, landings, balance points, briefly shown counts and time intervals. Each activity supplies five daily rounds with one attempt per round.

Choose it for: more of the visual judgment in Track, Angle or Count. Its duration activity asks you to hold for an interval, which differs from continuing Tempo’s rhythm. Feedback helps you see how far a judgment missed; it is not the original Perceptle daily target.

Estimatle: five numerical slider questions

Estimatle presents numerical questions with slider adjustment, then reveals the answer. The reviewed instructions award up to 100 per question and remove a point per step from the correct answer. Metric/US unit choices and a History entry are available.

Choose it for: settling on a plausible quantity from general knowledge. Read the chosen unit before moving the slider. Unlike Count, the question is not how many dots flashed for two seconds.

Estimania: reason about orders of magnitude

Estimania asks five daily numerical trivia questions covering topics such as science, geography and history. Type an estimate; the published rules compare the guess to the reference by ratio on a logarithmic scale, with up to 500 for the full set.

Choose it for: working from rough facts to a likely scale. Being wrong by a similar factor matters similarly at different sizes. Its published daily reset is midnight UTC, and the completed daily locks. Do not apply Perceptle’s local-date reset or Gaussian scoring to it.

Packle: judge space with hot/cold feedback

Packle gives a daily shape and a circle for scale. Estimate how many identical circles fit inside without overlapping. There are five guesses, with hot/cold feedback.

Choose it for: spatial quantity judgment with another chance to adjust. For a rough 10-by-10 rectangle and unit-diameter circles, a simple area ratio ignores boundary gaps and packing layout; look at the actual shape and scale before guessing. This is a teaching example, not today’s Packle answer.

If you actually want more Perceptle

The original already has Keep playing for random unrecorded five-event sets and Archive for dated puzzles. Keep playing follows the current day’s variant; choosing a Friday date is the way to revisit its moving dots, ricochets and off-beats on another day.

Use the original Archive instructions, dated hints and answers, or independent Normal skill practice. Similar games do not share Perceptle’s answer data, letter grades or Friday rules.
